At PureTren, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your experience is hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Opened Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at returns@puretren.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation in the package.

  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items received as part of a purchase
  • Any product marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@puretren.com. Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@puretren.com.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the return process may vary. Please contact our support team for specific instructions regarding returns from outside the United States.
